Welcome Michael!

We are excited to welcome Michael Lee to the Chan Lab team!

Brief bio: Michael graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Chemical Biology. Early in his undergraduate career, he completed a NSF REU program in developmental biology studying regenerative tissues and a Research Apprenticeship program studying the molecular basis of glaucoma. He later joined the Francis group at UC Berkeley to develop electrochemical assays for bacterial and mammalian cells. Currently, Michael is pursuing a PhD in Chemistry in the Chemical Biology area.
